Confidentiality
All communication with you will be held in strict confidence. The accountant-client priviledge precludes the disclosure of confidential information shared by a client with his or her accountant. The purpose of the accountant-client priviledge is to create an atmosphere in which the client is able to provide all relevant information to an accountant without fear that the information will be disclosed later. The State of Colorado recognizes this priviledge. Note that not all states recognize this priviledge and that not all information is protected under all cases.
